I could tell who it was straight away. She has very striking features 
I think her mouth may be a little to small but the detail in it is amazing, very pretty.
Her eyes are gorgeous, especially with the heavy black framing them. I think that the outline of her iris is a little to dark though but the details inside the iris is very nice. I love the little streaks of light.
Those cheekbones are very Tarja, you'll always know Tarja because of her gorgeous bone structure! The shading on the left side (our left) looks a little to long though. It looks like it's to close to her mouth and the prominent part is a little to prominent. (I have the ref photo pulled up on another tab XD) Her eyebrows look gorgeous, even though they are dark you can still see the detail of each hair.
And I love the minimalistic shading. It makes the drawing even more striking that if it was just a fully shaded portrait. You have lovely skills and I can't wait to see more drawings from you!!
